About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, creative, and highly engaged Marketing Intern to support our marketing and community-building efforts. This role is ideal for a graduate or soon-to-be graduate who is passionate about social media, digital storytelling, and audience engagement, and who thrives in a hybrid working environment.

What will you be doing
Social Media & Content Creation
Develop creative social media concepts aligned with brand goals and campaigns
Design high-quality visuals using Canva and other relevant design tools
Assist with content planning, scheduling, and publishing across social platforms
Stay up to date with social media trends and suggest innovative ideas
Community Building & Engagement
Actively engage with the online community through comments, messages, and interactions
Build and nurture a strong, positive brand community
Encourage conversations, feedback, and user participation
Monitor engagement metrics and suggest improvements to increase reach and interaction
Marketing Support
Support ongoing marketing campaigns and initiatives
Assist with brainstorming sessions and marketing strategy discussions
Help maintain brand consistency across all digital channels
Who are we looking for
Proven social media experience, including:
Concept development
Content creation and visual design
Strong working knowledge of Canva and similar tools
Availability of 30 hours per week
Comfortable with a hybrid working model
A natural community builder with excellent engagement and communication skills
Additional Requirements
Must own a working personal computer
Must own a personal mobile phone (Phone top-up amounts will be provided)
